Happy Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month!!
Whether or not you are Asian American or of Pacific Islander descent, you can celebrate AAPI Heritage this month and all year long by supporting brands owned by Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders!
I’ve rounded up a list of the brands that have caught my attention. Some of these I’ve been eyeing but didn’t know they were owned by Asian Americans or Pacific Islanders!
The brands below are listed by category and in alphabetical order. I’ll be adding more as I find them. If you think I’ve left out a worthy brand or have inadvertently misidentified a brand as Asian American (maybe it’s actually Asian owned or Asian founded but no longer owned), then please correct me with kindness through my contact form.
If you’re interested specifically in skin care, body care, or makeup, then check out “Asian American Owned Beauty to Know and Love.”

Blueland
I knew Blueland promoted sustainability with its reusable bottles and cleaning product refills, and now hand soaps too, but didn’t realize it was Asian American owned!

Our Place
I first learned about this Oprah-beloved brand from a friend on Instagram. Their bestseller is the Always Pan that replaces 8 cookware items! The aesthetics are beautiful, and they give away a free Always Pan ($145) every day!

Lavendaire
A sweet friend introduced me to this brand with its inspiring Artist of Life Workbook. In addition to guided journals, there are also comfy loungewear sets available.

Passion Planner
This Filipina female-owned brand stands out as “Your paper life coach™.” When I asked my friend, a successful restaurateur, she told me, “It makes you feel ambitious!” In addition to their beautiful journals and “life coach” posts and tips, they also have free downloads available, including printable PDF versions of their planners! How cool is that?
